The 'intervention' is administration of the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure in order to elicit goals in a structured means, with feed back of results (patient goals) to the clinical team. It is a single intervention spread over the course of a 45 minute interview and dissemination to the rehabilitation team over 72 hours.
