Intervention: Yogic breathing program: includes simple yoga postures + three different types of yogic breathing exercises. A single session including these takes 30-40 min which is practiced once a day for 6 weeks.

Summary
Brief summary
The primary purpose of the study was to evaluate the possible efficacy of yogic breathing program on subjective wellness measures. The study hypothesis is that yogic breathing exercises are effective in increasing subjective wellness (e.g. reduced anxiety and depression) in healthy people.
