The ANZCTR now automatically displays published trial results and simplifies the addition of trial documents such as unpublished protocols and statistical analysis plans.

These enhancements will offer a more comprehensive view of trials, regardless of whether their results are positive, negative, or inconclusive.

The safety and scientific validity of this study is the responsibility of the study sponsor and investigators. Listing a study does not mean it has been endorsed by the ANZCTR. Before participating in a study, talk to your health care provider and refer to this information for consumers

Intervention/exposure
Study type
Interventional
Description of intervention(s) / exposure
One on one training with physiotherapist or sport trainer or registered nurse.
The exercise training will be 1 hour per day, 5 times a week for one month.
Intermittent and interval walking with upgrading to treadmill after two weeks exercise. Intermittent and interval waking protocol is 3 mins x fast paced walking at 70-80% max HR then followed by 2 mins slow recovery walking and repeated for 1 hour.
The exercise walking will be done in division of preventive rehabilitation facility building for 2 weeks duration and changed to treadmill for remaining 2 weeks.
The intensity of exercise is based on 70-80% maximal heart rate and 65% VO2max.
Each patient will be followed up on call and survey to their house.

Efficacy
Statistical methods / analysis
Sample size was counted based on comparative analysis of numerical pairs, statistical power 80%, alpha is 0.1, effect size based on Cohen's d is 0.5, p < 0.05 as a statistical significance, statistical assumption there will be 25 subjects.
Numerical data is characterized in mean and standard deviations. To know the difference between pre and post intervention we do a paired t test or wilcoxons test.
