Walk in Clinic opening on hospital campus May 2010: Nurse run service seeing and treating self referred ambulatory patients independentt of other hospital services. Effects will be observed over 12 months

Changes in Emergency Department workload following the opening of the new Walk-in Clinic. Comparison of 12 months data with previous 5 years (Jan 2005-May 2010). The walk-in clinic is a new free service, one aim of which is to reduce demand on the Emergency Department. At this time there are no planned changes to the Emergency Department itself.
